BENHABILES Halim

I am currently and since october 2023 an associate professor of Artificial intelligence at IMT Nord Europe with an accreditation to direct research (HDR) obtained from the University of Lille in january 2024 and a PhD in computer sciences obtained from the same university in october 2011. Between 2012 and 2023, I have aquired several experiences as an associated professor at engineering schools namely ISEN Lille and ESIGELEC Rouen and at University of Blida. I also occupied the position of postdoctoral fellow at the University of Burgundy for one year after my PhD. My research interests include the fields of computer vision, machine learning and their applications. In this context, I mainly develop activites on biomedical image analysis for pathology diagnosis and the improvement of drug screening process.
